Brittney Luther has been involved in early care and education off and on since 1997, growing up in the industry where her family owned 2 centers it was impossible to not be involved. She went into business for herself when she opened Young Sprouts Creative Learning Center in Azle, Texas in 2016, now with 2 locations. The centers are now recognized as a leader in the community for early care and education.

Brittney has served in the early education community as a teacher, Director, mentor and trainer over the years and is currently the Executive Director/President. She has a BS degree in Business Administration and a MBA from Western Governors University.

Brittney is an active member of the Association for Early Learning Leaders and serves on the Board of Directors.
