Active supervision is an effective strategy used to intentionally observe and care for children at all times. One of our primary responsibilities as leaders is to ensure that our staff is trained and equipped to be successful in their role.  This session will unpack what supervision really looks like, and equip leaders to support effective and consistent supervision of children in every classroom.
