103-Cultivating Community and Collaboration Among Teachers FILLING
Limited Capacity filling up

When you talk about your tribe, you are talking about people that you generally spend the most time with. These are the people that your soul connects to, and you share your joys and fears with. It is crucial to your success and sanity to find your tribe. We need to feel a sense of belonging and accomplishment in order to make epic stuff happen, and also on some days, just to survive.

Session goals include equipping and empowering participants to:

2. Demonstrate specific barriers to the current culture at their centers and target ways to combat those barriers.
3. Explore different ways to collaborate together within teaching tribes, and develop an action plan.
