There are four generations at work today.  Managers of different generations often express frustration with the next generation's work ethic, commitment, methods, and perspective.  Participants will be given key strategies for effectively leading the millennial generation and beyond.  Strategies include problem-solving, and examining the limitations of our own expectations and how they impact our leadership of other generations.
