By using the creativity we spark in the children in our care, we can develop a work culture that is rich in purpose-driven appreciation.  No matter our budget, we must take time to affirm our staff in new and creative ways each and every day, and create a culture where they appreciate each other.  A work culture with a foundation in genuine appreciation fosters staff investment and tenure.
