In this session we will define what the goals and outcomes are of an effective feedback session. We will look at communication and leadership styles and their effect on feedback. We will determine how and when to give feedback and how to give difficult feedback effectively.
Katia has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and brings more than 25 years of field experience as teacher, program coordinator, assistant director and program director.
