AELL 35th Anniversary National Conference-How Successful Directors Lead

Teachers in early childhood programs are often overwhelmed by negativity, drama, and high-stress relationships.  A key to creating a more positive work environment is to support teachers in developing strength-based communication skills. This  workshop will provide participants with impactful frameworks, protocols, empowering questions, reflective exercises, and a team assessment designed to help them build the skills that they need to communicate effectively with their colleagues, administrators, and parents.
