AELL 35th Anniversary National Conference-How Successful Directors Lead

During this workshop, participants will understand how being connected and connecting
others is significant to the success of their program.  Research supports the importance of
connecting people to promote higher levels of engagement, employee satisfaction, and
 productivity.  Through hands-on activities and group discussions, participants will leave the
workshop with these 3 strategies to put into place; establishing and sustaining a parent group to empower and connect families to the center developing family and staff professional relationships to connect families to staff, and creating a culture of connection to support staff retention to connect staff to the center.
