403-Using Observations, Assessment & Planning Cycle to Support Children's Learning FILLING

Children learn quickly, and each child learns at his/her own rate.  The completion of objective observations can assist teachers in learning more about each individual child, their developmental strengths, and needs.  The connection of these observations with various assessments, including ones that are program specific, can provide necessary information to plan developmentally appropriate lessons to support each child's development.
