Early care and education is an industry of person to person interactions.  We do not deal in widgets, we work and PLAY with people…therefore, strong interpersonal skills are crucial to our success.
Many of our parents and staff are from a generation that has known and utilized apps, social media, e-commerce and other forms of instant information their entire lives.  Current trends lean towards this type of communication, as millennials typically prefer to get information this way.   BUT, are electronics the best and most desirable means of communication for our field?  In this session, we will explore the delicate balance between electronic and person to person communications.
